Thanks for the link to this site, but I must say, it is not very reliable
1. The give statistics for the number of hectares deforested, but not the number of hectares reforested. I happen to know that this reforesting happens on a huge scale as well.
2. For the extinct species they mention the number of 21000 or so. I contacten the international authority on extinct species in 2009 and then the tally was at 11. One toad that had disappeared because of the building of a dam to produce green electricity and 10 Polynesian Slugs. There was also good news species of polynesian slugs that were reported extinct the year before, were now reported as being alive and well).
3. For oil they report a constantly diminishing quantity, whwreas recently the Times has shown that NorthSea oil sources contain about twice as much as thought before and so on and so on.
